Which Therapy is the Most Appropriate?

I offer a free initial half hour consultation to discuss your needs in therapy and which therapy we think would be best for you.

CBT is the basis of both therapies, but for MBCT, it is recommended that you have experience of meditation and a previous course of therapy before pursuing the MBCT course.

I follow the National Institute for Clinical Excellent (NICE) recommendations for appropriate talking therapy treatments for different conditions.
